You will be 75 Steps to the Beach on the North end of Playacar Fase Uno and will be able to cool off in one of the two swimming pools.

Our luxury beach villa sleeps 8 comfortably and can fit up to 10 guests. 

- It has two master suite bedrooms making it ideal for a multi-family vacation (one in ground floor and one in 2nd floor). 
Each spacious master suite includes a king size bed, a large ensuite bathroom, dressing room, TV and coffee table. 

- Bedroom 3 & 4 (ground floor) both have plentiful closet space, TV, pool access and share a bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has 2 double size beds.

- The technology is as you’d expect with five satellite TVs with the latest technology and an integrated SONOS surround sound system. 

- High-Speed WIFI  throughout the house is the fastest possible, and new mini-split air conditioner units in all bedrooms and living areas cool the place quickly. 

- 500+ count cotton linens, supreme quality mattresses, and a portable crib add comfort for the whole family.

You’ll have a caretaker and maid to assist you and make your stay effortless and carefree. We will even help arrange transportation to and from the airport.

- **Anonymous**: "We really loved this place. From the downstairs pool to the rooftop deck, it was a great house to hang out at for a long weekend. The rooftop deck is where most of our time was spent. It has plenty of space for the guests in the house and the view was great. It had shade for the hotter parts of the day. The WiFi was fantastic at the house and the beach was a short walk across the street. Walking out into Playa and 5th ave was less than ten minutes and you could be in the heart of everything. We never needed a taxi and we also took the ferry to Cozumel for a day. The ferry terminal was also under ten minutes to walk to. Ivonne, our host was fantastic and we booked transportation through the rental company. Our transport at the end had an issue but Ivonne got us another shuttle and we made it to the airport with plenty of time. I would highly recommend this place for families or guys/gals trips. Perfectly suited for a wide variety of uses." (10/5)

Mycket fräsch villa i superskick, härliga sängar, bra AC i alla rum. Villan har ett mycket välutrustat kök, här fanns allt som man kan tänkas behöva.. Villan sköttes om av Filli och Lilly som städade och höll poolen och huset rent och snyggt åt oss under hela vår vistelse. 5* service, stort tack till er🙏❤️" (10/5)
