- **Anonymous**: "We had a wonderful stay here with our family, including our two young children (ages 1 and 4). The apartment was fantastic—comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Everything was in perfect working order.
Puerto Aventuras is such a peaceful and beautiful place. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, which was perfect for little ones, and having both the lagoon and the nearby beach added so much extra entertainment for the whole family. The only small hiccup we experienced was upon arrival. After a very long flight, we had a few questions about the apartment's satellite TV and the local area (restaurant recommendations, things to do, etc.), and unfortunately the concierge wasn't able to provide the correct information, which made our first impression a little frustrating. However, this was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things and did not impact the rest of our stay. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would happily return without hesitation" (10/5)

The 3/5 stars is for the lack of amenities a hotel would have; toilet paper, extra towels for both beach and pool, shampoo, etc! 
I think it was for all of puerto aventuras - the showers were only hot for 1 minute at a time- which is no problem in paradise!" (6/5)
