- **Anonymous**: "We were three couples celebrating a 50th birthday, and this stay became extremely stressful due to poor management and lack of emergency planning. After dinner our first night, we were locked out of the penthouse. For over two hours after midnight in 50 degree weather, the manager had us try random PINs on multiple units but could not access ours. All our belongings including medications, passports, money, and chargers were inside. We were told there was no physical key and no timeline for entry.

Six adults had to sleep in a two bedroom unit, cancel a prepaid private chef and a $500 excursion, and wear the same clothes the next day. The manager never followed up. A cleaner later said she lives nearby and was never contacted.

The penthouse itself is beautiful and matches the photos, but the handling of this situation was unsafe and unacceptable. We cannot recommend this stay." (2/5)
