The major downside of our stay was the house manager, Felipe (from Sol Mar management). He dropped by unannounced multiple times in the early morning, making us feel watched and uncomfortable. He also repeatedly tried to collect an in-person payment for a reservation update rather than processing it through Airbnb, quoting inconsistent amounts.
